Shipping policy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order!  *Orders are carefully prepared and fulfilled within 1–5 business days.*We do not ship on holidays, weekends or after 3pm on Friday. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information when available. *The Velvet Fox Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, including USPS delays, weather-related delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.  *Once a package has been accepted by USPS, we are not responsible for packages that are lost, damaged, stolen, or marked as delivered by USPS. Please contact USPS directly for assistance with any delivery concerns. *Tracking information may take 1–4 business days to update after shipment.
